Liquidity Points Calculation
To determine how many liquidity points participants earn, the calculation comes from two parts: 1. Without borrowing
If you simply supply your NFTs to the pool without any borrowing, you can earn liquidity points based on the whitelist.
Your NFTs must be on the whitelist to earn liquidity points without borrowing transactions. If your NFTs are not on the whitelist and you wish to whitelist your project, you can apply your project for the whitelist.
2. With borrowing
Besides the NFTs on the whitelist, both lenders and borrowers can earn liquidity points on any NFTs if they get borrowed in the pool.
To calculate liquidity points lenders & borrowers earn, we firstly calculate effective volume. With the same borrowing volume transaction,
OverallEffectiveVolume=Price+CollateralOverall Effective Volume = Price + Collateral
LenderEffectiveVolume=OverallEffectiveVolumeβˆ—1Lender Effective Volume = Overall Effective Volume * 1
BorrowerEffectiveVolume=OverallEffectiveVolumeβˆ—2Borrower Effective Volume = Overall Effective Volume * 2
Then the effective volume needs to be converted to liquidity points based on the conversion rules below:

During a contest, the same lender can only lend out the same NFT once to be counted for liquidity points. He cannot lend out and borrow the same NFT again for the count.
During a contest, the same borrower can only borrow the same NFT once to be counted for liquidity points.
Borrowers who defaulted (didn't return the NFTs) during the volume contest will get a 5 liquidity points deduction and are not eligible to earn liquidity points for this particular transaction. Lenders are still eligible to earn liquidity points for the defaulted transaction. Borrowers need to borrow 2 hours minimum to be eligible for liquidity points on a particular transaction. If more than one player under the same team earns the same liquidity points, the rank will be based on time (whoever earns the same liquidity points first will get a higher rank).
Any mintable NFTs will be added to the blacklist. Borrowers who borrow the NFTs from the Blacklist will not be eligible for liquidity points.
